In 2023, Contraste acquired the SmartDigiDocs solution. This solution was far from unknown to some members of our team. Luc Vandergoten, Director of Contrast Consulting, was one of the co-founders of this document generation solution (formerly known as LetterGen). And other Contrast members are also former LetterGen employees.
In short, after a long journey, the software is back in the hands of its original owners. Luc Vandergoten is determined to make it a key solution in the field of SaaS customer communication management solutions.
